Braam and Katinka have been planning their wedding for quite some time. Their original date was in May, but due to Covid they were forced to move it. Two weeks before this intimate Wilderness Wedding (which we had no idea about) Katinka messaged me to tell me that they are getting married because they were tired of waiting, and just wanted to be husband and wife. 

There are many words we can use to describe Braam and Katinka. Some would say funny, hilarious, or something along those lines. But if there is one thing that stood out above anything else, we would have to go with humble, full of light, and yes, very funny too. 

So we got our permits to travel (because you know, a wedding is essential) and drove down to Wilderness for the celebration. 

Katinka & Braam’s intimate wedding with a total of 10 guests was an absolute joy to capture. The love shared between their families, and the way they made us feel like part of the family, is something that we will never forget and cherish for many years to come. 

We love you guys more than you will ever know. As creatives yourselves, it has been the biggest honour to capture this part of your story. Thank you for trusting us and giving us so much creative freedom. 

We speak so much blessing and favour upon your marriage, and may God use you in even mightier ways than ever before.
